I understand that COI will be provided upon request and client is responsible for payment of $130 for temporary certificate.

Notes

Applicable Travel Fee for events outside of Puerto Plata.

A tip jar is included in the roller setup. If the customer does not wish for there to be a tip jar, a 15% service fee will be added to the final invoice.
