The Cremo factory tour is a guided visit to the working cigar factory at 1971 SW 8th Street in Little Havana, Miami. You see each stage of cigar making, watch Cuban master rollers at work and leave with two house cigars.

- When is the factory open?
- Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–7 pm, Friday 8:30 am–8 pm, Saturday–Sunday 10 am–8 pm. Pick a tour time when you book.
- How big are the groups?
- Up to 10 people per tour. For a larger group, contact the factory.
- Is this the same as hiring a roller for an event?
- No. The tour happens at the factory. For a roller at your own venue, see Cigar Stud Events.
